The decades of experience and the innovative technologies adopted since the 1970s have enabled the company to reduce production costs and execution times. These improvements have eliminated product usage issues, ensuring high standards of uniformity, efficiency, and precision over time. In all reprints, the same level of quality is guaranteed, thanks to a strict repeatability methodology integrated into the process.

The company has a close relationship with the Polytechnic University of Milan, collaborating with them for compliance checks and the continuous research of new materials.

Grafiche Gelmini implements a planned and documented preventive maintenance service for all systems, ensuring continuous availability of all services.
Material and process control is carried out through rigorous procedures by all personnel. Electronic certifications are issued for color levels, raw material characteristics, tolerances, digital codes, formats, and print references.
Data is progressively recorded in a systematic manner. All documentation is always available online for the client.

Safety

The material leaving Grafiche Gelmini on pallets is packaged with treated packaging that ensures easy identification and long-term storage, even in unsuitable environments. Protection from moisture, chemical agents, and mechanical damage is guaranteed.

The complete history of every product supplied to a client can be traced: total security is ensured by precise traceability.
